Cannoli Dip comes together in 5 minutes with just 5 ingredients. It’s super easy to halve the recipe for a small group, or double it for a large party.

A bowl of cannoli dip on a platter with waffle pieces, graham crackers and strawberries.

This Recipe For Cannoli Dip Is Perfect For Your Sweet Tooth!

A perfect cannoli is one of my favorite desserts, and also one of the most hard-to-find. It’s not exactly easy finding a great cannoli in the Detroit area. So unless I’m boarding a flight to Boston, it’s a dessert that lives largely in my dreams.

Sure, I could make them at home. But, making them from scratch is pretty labor intensive and not something I usually have time for.

So, I created this Cannoli Dip recipe as a simple way to enjoy some of the *flavors* of cannoli with minimal effort.

The mascarpone, ricotta and lightly sweet vanilla flavor are all there. The crunchy mini chocolate chips are bountiful (and, you can add chopped pistachios if you want). Truly, it’s like 98% as satisfying as a cannoli, and well, that’s good enough for me!

Why You’ll Love This Recipe For Cannoli Dip

  • A chance to have fun with all kinds of cookies, crackers and fruits for dipping. Go to the store and let your imagination run wild.
  • Enjoy some of the classic flavors and creamy texture of cannoli without the hassle of making and filling the shells.
  • Very easy to adapt to whatever size you need. Halve the recipe to feed a small group of 2 or 3, or double or triple it for a big party.

Easy Chocolate Mousse is so simple to make at home that you may never order it at a restaurant again. Make with pantry staples; no eggs required!

Two small glass dishes filled with easy chocolate mousse, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Easy Chocolate Mousse For Any Skill Level

Chocolate mousse is the poster child for “feels fancy, couldn’t be easier to make.” It’s funny that restaurants get away with charging $15 (or more!) for this dessert. Once I show you how easy it is to make at home, you may never order it at a restaurant again.

I did a ton of research and tested multiple different ways to make chocolate mousse (eggs? no eggs? whip the cream and fold it in?) before settling on this one as the winner in the easiest + most delicious equation.

Whether you’re a seasoned home chef or just beginning to experiment in the kitchen, this recipe is perfect for all skill levels. It’s great for Valentine’s Day or just any day where you want a chocolate treat.

Why You Will Love This Best Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • It uses pantry staples you likely already have. You might only need to buy the cream, if you don’t keep it on hand.
  • No eggs required! Unlike many traditional recipes, this one skips the eggs without sacrificing flavor or texture.
  • A versatile recipe to keep in your back pocket. Serve it in elegant cups, layer it into trifles or use it as a filling for a cake.

The Creamy Chicken Pasta that will get a “Mom, this is so good!” The combination of golden brown chicken, spinach and a bright lemon cream sauce will have pasta lovers of all ages complimenting you!

A white Dutch oven filled with creamy chicken pasta garnished with lemon wedges.

This Creamy Chicken Pasta is a Perfect Weeknight Dinner!

“Mom, this is so good I want you to take my photo with it.” <— The best review a dish will ever get, from my 5-year-old daughter.

And take her photo I did, smiling up at me from her plate of creamy chicken pasta. A recipe that almost seems tailor-made to be loved by people of all ages. Chicken? Good! Pasta? Good! Creamy sauce? GOOD.

Think of this as a slightly more modern take on chicken fettuccine alfredo. The sauce is still luxurious but a bit thinner, and not goopy or too rich. The chicken is golden brown with some crispy bits that everybody loves.

The combination of lemon zest and lemon juice adds a brightness that keeps you coming back for bite after bite. And just like with my famous creamy salmon pasta, there’s a whole heck of a lot of spinach in there that’s cooked down to practically nothing, so you’re getting a big dose of vitamins and nutrients twirled around your fork with the noodles.

Why You’ll Love This Creamy Lemon Chicken Pasta

  • It’s been tested over and over again to ensure that every element (pasta, chicken, sauce) is done at the same time. No guesswork needed!
  • This recipe is a hit with kids and adults alike. Creamy pasta is always a crowd pleaser!
  • It’s easy to tweak this recipe to include your favorite vegetables or swap the chicken out for another protein.

Vanilla Creme Brulee is a make-ahead restaurant-style dessert with rich and creamy custard topped with crunchy sugar crust. This post will explain which ramekins to buy and how to torch it perfectly.

Six dishes of vanilla creme brulee garnished with berries and mint sprigs, on a light surface, with gold spoons digging into three of the dishes.

Vanilla Creme Brûlée is timeless!

Sometimes, you just can’t improve on a classic. Once in awhile, I love a modern restaurant dessert with unexpected ingredients and preparations.

But truly, is there anything better than an amazing dish of creme brulee? The rich custard paired with the crackly torched sugar top is irresistible, in my opinion.

What’s funny is that I’ve published more “creative” creme brulee flavors, but oddly, I’ve never published the most traditional version ever. The kind I was taught to make my first week of culinary school.

So today, I’m sharing my perfect recipe for vanilla bean creme brulee. It will never go out of style!

Why You’ll Love Vanilla Crème Brûlée

  • Using a real vanilla bean infuses the custard with a fragrant vanilla taste that’s hard to replicate any other way.
  • This rich custard topped with a crust of caramelized sugar is pretty universally beloved. You can’t miss with this dessert.

This Dessert Charcuterie Board is the most fun interactive experience for a party, and a versatile way to serve a wide array of sweet options for diverse preferences.

A dessert charcuterie board featuring chocolate dip, cookies, fruit, pretzels, cupcakes and flowers.

This Charcuterie Board Dessert has something for everyone!

When it comes to satisfying a lot of different sweet tooths (sweet teeth?) at once, a Dessert Charcuterie Board is the perfect crowd-pleaser.

Unlike most of my savory charcuterie board ideas that are meant to be served before a meal or as a light savory snack, this dessert board is destined to be served after dinner, maybe with espresso martinis, hot chocolate, or another type of dessert drink.

From rich chocolate dip to fresh fruit to crunchy cookies and pretzels, this board can be a go-to option for a variety of events.

Why you’ll love a Charcuterie Dessert Board

  • It’s a versatile way to serve a wide array of sweet options, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. There’s something for everybody!
  • A dessert board is a fun interactive experience for a party, encouraging socializing and interaction amongst your guests.
  • Not only is it a conversation starter, but it’s an Instagrammable moment. Everybody will want to snap a photo before it’s devoured!

This Chocolate Dip Recipe is made with five simple ingredients (no marshmallow fluff or Cool Whip). It’s the best dessert dip for fruit, with the rich flavor of real dark chocolate.

A white bowl filled with chocolate fruit dip, surrounded by strawberries.

Chocolate Dip for Fruit

When it comes to satisfying my sweet tooth, the combination of dark chocolate + strawberry is pretty darn great every single time.

This Chocolate Dip recipe always hits the spot, and it keeps longer and is easier to eat than traditional chocolate-covered strawberries (sorry, but I can take or leave those, and I mostly mean leave them).

This rich, deep chocolate dessert spread is made with simple ingredients and keeps in the fridge so it’s ready when you are. Use it for just about any kind of fruit or other dunk-able treat you can think of.

Why you’ll love this Chocolate Fruit Dip Recipe

  • It’s equally perfect for a party or a sweet afternoon snack.
  • It keeps in the fridge for several days, making it an easy make-ahead recipe for a potluck.
  • A little bit of chocolate is a fun way to encourage kids to eat fruit (once in awhile).

A cast iron skillet filled with a chicken Florentine recipe.

What is Chicken Florentine?

Chicken Florentine is a dish featuring tender chicken, a creamy sauce, and cooked spinach. The root ideas for this dish originated in Florence, Italy.

The dish gained popularity in the United States in the 1930’s, but the quality wasn’t always great (home cooks sometimes made it with canned cream of mushroom soup).

Today, we’ll be restoring this elegant dish to something you’ll be proud to serve to guests.

Why you’ll love Florentine Chicken

  • The creamy goodness of this dish makes it the best kind of comfort food.
  • It’s versatile enough to enjoy for a cozy Sunday dinner at home, or to host a dinner party with.
  • It’s packed with a ton of nutrient-rich spinach, so you’ll get your vitamins and minerals!

This light but lush Raspberry Trifle is the semi-homemade five minute Valentine’s dessert you crave after a decadent meal. This four ingredient treat will steal the hearts of non-chocolate lovers.

Two stemless wine glasses on a tray, filled with raspberry trifle.

This Raspberry Trifle Recipe can be such a fun Valentine’s Day Dessert!

If you like to stay home and make a special meal for Valentine’s Day, you’re not alone. My husband and I skip the restaurant meal and enjoy cooking dinner together.

But with full-time jobs, a kid, and a holiday that always seems to fall on a weekday, we don’t always have energy to make dinner AND a from-scratch dessert.

This Raspberry Trifle recipe is my very favorite semi-homemade Valentine’s Dessert. We use ALL the help from the store on this one. Seriously, cruise through the aisles and pick up four things, and you’re done.

But come home and put together those four store-bought items in a smart and cute way, and you’re bound to steal your Valentine’s heart.

Why you’ll love this Raspberry Parfait Recipe

  • It’s a lush, heavenly dessert that literally comes together in 5 minutes or less.
  • It’s a festive Valentine offering for non chocolate lovers.
  • So easy to scale down to make 1 serving, or up to to make as many servings as you need.

Classic Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies

My family’s classic Midwestern sour cream sugar cookie recipe got such a nice response on social media, that I’m back today sharing our thumbprint cookie recipe!

This recipe combines a salty nutty cookie with sweet jam, and it uses a special technique of baking the cookies for a bit first before making the thumbprints, which helps prevent the cookies from cracking quite so much.

What are Thumbprint Cookies?

Thumbprint cookies are a classic in the baking world, especially around Christmas!

The unique feature of these cookies is the indentation created by pressing your thumb into the center, which provides the perfect well for a delicious filling.

Types of Thumbprint Cookies

Thumbprint cookies come in various flavors and with different fillings. Sometimes, they are made with a simple sugar cookie dough, and sometimes they are nutty.

The fillings can range from jams and preserves to chocolate, caramel or even something like Nutella. My mom actually fills hers with frosting!

Why you will love these Jam Thumbprint Cookies

  • If you grew up eating thumbprint cookies, there’s a good chance this recipe is very similar to your grandma’s or mom’s. Nostalgic comfort!
  • These are so versatile and customizable! Swap the walnuts for a different nut, and fill them with any filling you love!
  • These visually stunning cookies make a beautiful addition to a cookie tray.
