This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.	Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.	Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

There's a CC0 source https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Die_PARTEI_Logo.svg and an email from the DiePARTEI "Datenschutz" address (which approves the usage). And, @Dulliman please don't call someone a "vandal" over what is obviously just honest disagreement about the licensing status of these images. https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File%3AMake_love%2C_not_war_%28March_2008%29.jpg&diff=998914296&oldid=879094033 might have been inept in choice of templates, but the edit summary "This is a derivative work and no source or permission of the original work is provided" makes the intent clear enough.

Looking at Basildeka's edits in general, I'm certainly not going to defend their competence, and I don't really care what happens with their account, but I doubt there was vandalistic intent. - Jmabel ! talk 05:20, 24 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The edit summary comes from the quick delete gadget so i don't think it neccesarily reflects the editors intent. The file in question is not a derrivative work. You're right though that realistically it might just be a confused user. Bawolff (talk) 07:00, 24 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Done I've deleted everything remaining from these three accounts as copyvios except for File:School of Arts in Jaipur.jpg, which is actually in the public domain, so I fixed that one.
