Best Homemade Caesar Dressing Recipe

This is the best Homemade Caesar Dressing you'll ever make, and you don't even need to bother with an egg yolk or chopping an anchovy!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium garlic cloves minced
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • For best flavor, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 5 days before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for some or all of the mayonnaise.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and anchovy in this homemade Caesar salad dressing recipe according to your taste preference.
  • For a thinner dressing that is more easily drizzled, add a splash of water.
